By the end of the class, participants will have the knowledge to recognize when therapy might be helpful, and understand how therapy and support can complement their personal growth. Participants will be empowered to take proactive steps toward mental wellness, whether through professional therapy, support networks, or alternative practices. This course aims to destigmatize therapy and provide students with the resources to enhance their emotional well-being. Please note: This class is not designed for those with serious mental illness.
