More Small Group Dates Added
For individuals who already have a foundation in Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®), small group sessions can offer a deeply supportive and effective environment for continued practice and nervous system regulation. These intimate groups—typically made up of 3 to 5 participants—create a space where experience is respected, personal autonomy is honored, and deeper release can unfold.
1. Shared Wisdom, Individual Growth Experienced participants bring self-awareness to their tremor process. In a small group, this allows for richer collective insight without needing to start from the basics. Participants often learn through witnessing others’ processes and sharing reflections in a way that enhances their own body awareness and integration.
2. Enhanced Nervous System Safety Small groups naturally support co-regulation. With fewer people, facilitators can more easily track the room, offer individualized adjustments, and maintain a safe container. The consistent presence of others who “speak the same body language” fosters a sense of calm and trust that helps the body let go more fully.
3. Structure Without Over-Instruction Unlike beginner classes, small groups of seasoned TRE® users don’t require detailed explanations or step-by-step guidance. This frees up more time for tremoring, rest, and subtle nervous system tracking. The facilitator can support participants to follow their own process while gently encouraging deeper somatic awareness.
4. Integration Through Connection Discussion time after a session becomes more meaningful when participants are already familiar with their own patterns. Small groups often build strong rapport over time, and sharing insights or shifts can normalize the healing process and support integration into daily life.
For those seeking ongoing nervous system care, small-group TRE® offers the best of both worlds: personal attention with the added benefit of collective healing. It’s not just a practice—it’s a community of regulation and release.
