Service Description

Through twelve 1.5 hr virtual sessions we will ▪️Learn to mindfully practice authenticity while nurturing self-love and belonging. ▪️Understand ways that we hide our struggles and protect ourselves from shame, judgment, criticism and blame by seeking safety in pretending and perfection. ▪️Develop a resilient spirit that is the basis for whole-hearted living. Groups will be no more than 10 participants. Every other session we will incorporate Tension/Trauma Release Exercises ®️ TRE. There are no prerequisites for this course. All adults 18+ are welcome. This curriculum was developed by Dr Brené Brown.


Cancellation Policy

In the event the facilitator is not able to make the class, another time will be scheduled to make up the missed class. When a student misses a class, no refund will be provided.
