About the Instructor

Rebekah has facilitated groups for over 20 years. During COVID, she started her own personal journey with grief, therapy and emotions. This expanded her understanding of trauma and psychoeducation. Rebekah's personal journey with types of therapies, holistic approaches, anxiety and depression gives her a well-rounded and open perspective. She has completed the Train the Trainer workshop with Hilary Jacobs Hendel in 2023 for teaching emotions education. She completed facilitation training for Trauma Release Exercises (TREĀ®) in 2024. She is always expanding her knowledge of homeopathy and has been sponsored by Homeopathy for Health in Africa for acute illnesses.
